Please blog in detail your project: group, title, angles...and what you have accomplished so far. Only one person in your group need do this.

After you have completed your newsletter, begin working on your powerpoint, which will be presented beginning next Monday.

The powerpoint should augment the articles. This should be between 7-9 minutes. Everyone in the group should be presenting.

  2. My group is Owen, Noah, John. We are doing are project on welfare and government aid requiring mandatory drug tests. The three angles are pro for finances, pro for getting people help, and against. The level we are at right now is righting the articles everyone in the group has done substantial research.

  6. My group is me, katy rebholz, and melissa ramirez. We are researching nuclear weapons with the angles of history and which countries still have them and which dont. We are also looking at the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty. We have accomplished the history and a list of the countries who still have nuclear weapons. We have also began our research on the NPT ( Nuclear Non-proliferation )

  9. Michael, Harriett, and Yanni have been working on an investigative report regarding cancer rumors. Each member is investigating a different rumor to see if it's true. (kind of like mythbusters but without the experiments)
    Michael has been researching possible links between cell phone use and cancer.
    Harriett has been researching links between artificial sweeteners (specifically splenda) and cancer.
    Yanni has discovered some rumors regarding anti-perspirants and deodorants causing cancer, and she is investigating that.

  10. Our group is maya, chandel. travisha and dionna and our theme is stereotypes within society.

    each member is investigation a different aspect of stereotypes... such as stereotypes within a high school, racial profiling, stereotypes among men and women and how that has changed over the last 30 years and how social profiling effects law making within our country.
